Comfortable Stay Near the Port

excellent location helpful staff clean room nearby restaurants

The location was excellent with a short walk to the port. The reception staff were helpful answering all my questions about the area. The room was clean when I arrived and housekeeping provided fresh towels each day. I also found a couple of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, a good value.

The coffee pods were only provided on the first day of the stay.

The room had a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. A mini fridge was available in the room and a coffee maker was also included. The shower also provided consistent hot water throughout my stay.

The hotel has a small lift. It provides access to the upper floors. I noted the availability of parking, although it is located nearby, not directly at the hotel. Guests can enjoy breakfast with a good selection of items.

The staff members were friendly. they spoke English fluently. They offered assistance with luggage which was useful. The receptionist addressed all my inquiries about local attractions giving helpful directions.

The hotel benefits from its central position. I enjoyed short walks to the city center and harbor. The street outside the hotel was quiet at night and there were some major sites within walking distance.

Compact and convenient

good location helpful staff kind gesture second floor

I appreciated the good location. It was great. The staff were lovely and helpful . The receptionist even offered to carry our bags when the lift was out of order. I found this a kind gesture, though we declined since we were only on the second floor.

The hotel only supplied coffee pods on the first day. This meant the coffee machine was unusable without buying more coffee downstairs. This detail was a SLIGHT inconvenience.

The hotel features a rooftop terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the views. It is great. There is also a bar on the rooftop, a pleasant surprise for evening relaxation. Note that the lift was temporarily out of service.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness, especially with luggage assistance. The front desk staff gave local tips. the kind attention REALLY stood out. I appreciated the gesture.
